Lisa Jenkins
Endoscopy Charge Nurse
Lisa Jenkins, a Colorado native with 8 years of ICU nursing experience, brings a unique perspective to her role at our practice and endoscopy center. As someone who has navigated GI problems and autoimmune disease for the last 13 years due to her own Celiac Disease, Lisa is able to connect with her patients on a personal level. Her personal experience has provided her with the ability to advocate and educate her patients in a way that is relatable and effective. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, hiking, working out, and playing with her four beloved and wonderful dogs.
Tiana Thompson
Front Desk Manager
Tiana Thompson has worked in the medical field for 5 years, gaining experience in primary care, endocrinology, and urgent care. As a front desk manager, she takes pride in getting to know patients and making them feel more comfortable and connected with their health. Tiana enjoys sharing her knowledge of complex digestive system functions with patients in gastroenterology. Outside of work, she spends her time at the gym, writing poetry, or exploring Tennessee with her husband.
Sharae Matanane

Sharae Matanane is an experienced medical professional who currently serves as the Director of Patient Affairs. Born on Guam and raised in California, she now calls Nashville her home.ย Sharae has been in the medical field for over a decade, beginning her career as a medical receptionist at the age of 17. She has a particular interest in the GI field and is passionate about educating both her colleagues and the wider community on complex and lesser-known diseases. In her free time, Sharae enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, and shopping.
Deann Wiggers
Director of Marketing and Business Development
Deann Wiggers is a strategic business development leader with extensive experience in the medical sector, known for cultivating relationships and achieving growth targets. She is highly skilled in prospecting businesses and developing physician referral sources. She enjoys hobbies such as photography, videography, apparel design and production, music and literary production. She spends as much time as possible working out and taking in music performances by her son in the Nashville music scene. When not pursuing her interests, she is visiting her family in the Midwest where she grew up and was involved in numerous philanthropic projects and college athletics.
